under GBP £80.00 (excluding Packing & Postage), over GBP £80.00 Packing & Postage is free.
As your MillieJane order will be sent by a traceable delivery service a signature
will be required on receipt.
Outside of the EEC please enquire for packing and delivery costs.

Delivery Times
We endeavour to deliver your MillieJane order within 10 days.
If an item is not in stock we will notify you within 48 hours,
of placing your order, of what the anticipated delivery time is likely to be.
If you require an order to be delivered by a specific date, please email

Sizing
Our sizing is based on children from the United Kingdom and we are always
happy to advise you if you are unsure.

Washing Instructions
All milliejane clothes are suitable for machine washing at
40 °C (wash coloureds separately).
We would recommend natural drying as tumble drying can lead
to fading and in some cases shrinkage.

Returns or Exchanges
We hope that you will be delighted with your MillieJane
purchases, however, if for any reason you wish to return or exchange MillieJane
items, please ensure they are returned to us unworn and in the original packing,
within 14 days of receipt.
As the goods remain your responsibility until we receive them, we suggest that you
use recorded or registered mail to return them to us. Unless you are returning incorrect
items the postage costs will be your responsibility.
